PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings which make possible easy attachment of an operating member to a stile of a fitting body. SOLUTION: The operating member 5 is constituted by a body 50, an elastic member 51, and an operating part 52. By inserting the body 50 in the space between two opposed leaf form parts 20b, 20c of the stile (pivot stile 20) of the fitting body, the operating part 52 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the leaf form parts 20b, 20c, and the elastic member 51 undergoes elastic deformation. Because of the elastic stability of the elastic member 51, the operating part 52 is projected from the opening 29 of the frame parts 20b, 20c, thus the operating member 5 can be attached to the space between two opposed frame parts 20b, 20c of the stile.
