PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fixing PC-steel stranded wires in an unbonded method applicable to large floor slabs and beams which receive heavy load by reducing the size and weight of fixtures, reducing concrete cutouts for tensed fixing, and arranging the plurality of inexpensive thin count (15.2 mm in diameter) PC-steel stranded wires on one fixture. SOLUTION: A fixing body 1 having a cylindrical part 1T extending rearward from a vertical square bearing plate 1A and a conical insertion hole H1 is formed integrally with a concrete C0 in such a state that an end cap 81 is joined the straightness of the PC-steel wires 6 and the function of stopping the inflow of deposited concrete, and a most part of the bearing plate 1A is buried in the concrete C0. An anchor head 31 having a conical hole H31 is seated in the fixing body insertion hole H1. The PC-steel stranded wire 6 group through which the fixing body 1 extends is tensed and fixed to the anchor head 31 by inserting into an insertion groove 32G in the outer peripheral surface of a wedge 32 while using the front surface F31 of the anchor head 31 as a reaction force-receiving surface.
