PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional technology can hardly adapt to on-site circumstances in a flexible and impromptu manner, although dimensions of an opening are desired to be capable of being freely set according to the on-site circumstances, because the number of pieces of wiring and piping in equipment, and shapes of them are sometimes suddenly changed on an actual construction site. SOLUTION: In this reinforcing structure for increasing flexural strength of a wood member with the opening, the opening of the wood member is arranged in a position to an edge side with respect to a central position of the height section of the wood member, and a reinforcing material is arranged on an edge surface on the side of the opening.
