PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting device capable of efficiently taking light having a low incident angle (10°-30°) in the morning and evening or in the winter into the indoor as indirect light while intercepting the line of sight from the outdoor. SOLUTION: This daylighting device is equipped with a daylighting part 1 extended to the outdoor side, a light guide part 2 passing through a wall 15, and a light emitting part 3 extended to the indoor side. The daylighting part and the light emitting part have upward translucent panels 4, 6 respectively, the translucent panel 4 of the daylighting part inclines toward the indoor side with a descending slope, a first reflector 7 inclined at an angle of 20°-30°from a horizontal plane with an ascending slope and a second reflector 8 inclined at an angle of 40°-60°toward the indoor side are consecutively connected from the outdoor side to the indoor side, and light entered from the translucent panel 4 of the daylighting part is reflected by the reflectors 7, 8 to emit light to the indoor from the translucent panel 6 of the light emitting part.
