PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability in the operation of releasing the tension of needle thread and operation for sewing. SOLUTION: A tray-floating lever 22 has a pressurizing section 22a which pressurizes a tray-floating board 20 in the direction pressurizing a tray-floating pin 9 against the energization force of a thread tension spring 15 by pressurizing a protruding section 20c and a non-pressurizing section 22b which is located at a position more separated from the tray-floating board 20 than the pressurizing section 22a and does not pressurize the protruding section 20c. The tray-floating lever 22 is movable between its pressurizing position at which the pressurizing section 22a faces the protruding section 20c and that situation is held and its non-pressurizing position at which the non-pressurizing section 22b faces the protruding section 20c.
