The panel includes a web (3) placed between two skins (2) made of a fibrous structure (21) attached by a stratification or consolidation material such as a resin (22), a binder, a foamed resin. The web typically includes foams, felts, powdery materials, semi-fluid materials, etc. Fibres (7) from fibrous structures (21) are rammed along one or more oblique orientations relative to the skins (2) and typically by needle-punching into the web (3), in particular into foam plates (4) constituting the web. The binding material also binds the rammed fibres (7) so as to perform a mutual anchoring between the constituents of the web (3) and the skins (2). The invention can be used for economically producing particularly resistant composite panels with a very large selection for the constituents of the web (3), the skins (2) and the ramming orientations of the fibrous structures (21). |
