A PREDEACTIVATION METHOD AND A DEACTIVATION METHOD DURING INITIAL REACTION FOR A CONTINUOUS REFORMING APPARATUS

A predeactivation method prior to a reaction for a continuous reforming apparatus includes loading reforming catalyst into the continuous reforming apparatus, starting recycle of gas and increasing the temperature of the reactor, introducing sulfide into the gas and controlling the sulfur content in recycled gas in a range of 0.5~100OE0-6 L/L when the reactor temperature is in a range of 100~650 °C, with this method the apparatus is deactivated. A deactivation method during initial reaction for a continuous reforming apparatus comprises the following steps: (1) loading reforming catalyst into the continuous reforming apparatus,starting recycle of gas and increasing the temperature of the reactor, feeding reforming feed stock into the reaction system when the reactor temperature is increased to 300~460 °C,simultaneously or after that introducing sulfide into the reaction system, and the ratio of total sulfur content introduced into the system to reforming feed stock is controlled between larger than 0.5µg/g and 50µg/g. When the hydrogen sulfur level in the recycled gas is up to 2.0µL/L~30µL/L, the amount of sulfide introduced into the system should be reduced. (2) keeping the temperature of the reforming reactor at 460~490 ° C, the overall sulfur content introduced into the system should be controlled after the water content in the recycled gas is less than 50µL/L. Adjusting the charging amount of reforming feed stock to designed value, and increasing the reforming reaction temperature to 490~545 °C according to desired octane number of liquid product, then the reaction is switched to normal operation.
