The component (7) useful in aircraft and spacecraft vehicles, comprises a resin matrix (12) in which carbon nanotubes (13) are embedded for high conductivity of the component, and an internal layer at which an external layer adjoins. A carbon fiber material (8) is embedded in the resin matrix, which forms the external layer of the component. The internal layer is made of a fiber composite material. Independent claims are included for: (1) a fiber semi-finished product for manufacturing a component; and (2) a process for manufacturing a component.
