The transducer has an ionization needle (1) and an heat exchanger (5) stampable by a high voltage potential with an electrical field to form a plasma with charged gas molecules stamped at the ionization needle. The gas molecules are accelerated to the heat exchanger to produce suction and a steam flow, which acts on the molecules of the liquid gas mixtures of heat exchanger that stands in engagement with the transducer. A heat exchange fluid i.e. coolant, stands in contact with a heat exchanging end of the heat exchanger.
