The cap (10) has an entry channel (50) communicated with an outlet channel (16) and an open-porous oligodynamic filter element (42), where the filter element provides a fluid connection between the outlet channel and the entry channel. The entry channel is formed such that the entry channel is not filled by fluid i.e. liquid medicine, in a flow direction without pressurization of a pressurized container. The entry channel has defined volume that is larger than the sum of volumes of the filter element and the outlet channel, where the entry channel has a hydrophobic surface. An independent claim is also included for a drop dispenser comprising a container body.
