<p>The method and device for the optimization of small clarification plant by preventing or reducing discharge of mud particles in the small clarification plant with sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process, and/or other technical plant by a simple device, consist of a mammoth pump (1), which is suitable to withdraw the clarified water and in which the discharge of mud particles is prevented and reduced during aerating phase or other phases through direct formation of the mammoth pump or through devices fixing on the mammoth pump. The method and device for the optimization of small clarification plant by preventing or reducing discharge of mud particles in the small clarification plant with sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process, and/or other technical plant by a simple device, consist of a mammoth pump (1), which is suitable to withdraw the clarified water and in which the discharge of mud particles is prevented and reduced during aerating phase or other phases through direct formation of the mammoth pump or through devices fixing on the mammoth pump. The device is taken up in suction area of the mammoth pump of each geometrically imaginable form. The device in the suction area of the mammoth pump is secured directly on the mammoth pump or with a corresponding stop device on the mammoth pump or mountable on the other component of the clarification plant. The device in suction area (4) of the mammoth pump is directly formed through corresponding operation of the piping system of the mammoth pump, is retrofitted on a compressed air siphon, and consists of different materials and material combinations. The existing plant is retrofitted in simple manner. The process is used also in other technical units e.g. SBR plant with submersible motor-driven pumps at which the device is secured.</p> |
