<p>The method involves discharging hydrogen in a cryogenic tank (31) before filling new hydrogen that is received from a large storage reservoir (1). The hydrogen is re-cooled using suitable cooling potential and conveyed to the tank so that the tank is conditioned for new filling with cryogenic hydrogen, where the potential is formed by a heat exchange device (3) fed with liquid nitrogen. The residual gas is again supplied to the tank for re-cooling through the exchange device. A large portion of gas is supplied into the tank by re-cooling in cryogenic condition and is taken from the tank.</p> |
