PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a cooling core which enables various cooling cores to be easily attached and detached irrespective of the arrangement of a cab, a counterweight or the like, and also to provide a hydraulic shovel equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the cooling core is for mounting a cooling core (an oil cooler 21, a CAC22, a radiator 23) loaded on a hydraulic shovel 1, and a part of the cab 10 is arranged at a position which is superposed on the cooling core in a plan view.
