A fomentation and massage pad is provided, which maximizes efficiency and reduces the cost in replacement or the repair of the parts. A fomentation and massage pad comprises: a pad body(10) in which a plurality of vibration tools for massage are equipped; a side pad(20) which is connected to both ends of the pad body in the respective symmetrical form and in which the pack receiving part in which the fomentation pack is admitted is formed; a fastener(30) which is formed in both sides of the pad body; a fastener(40) which forms a hole at one end of the side pad to make attaching/detaching of the fastener possible; and a connecting member which is formed in the end part to make the side pad detachable. |
