PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE WITH RECOVERY OF THE EXTRACTION SOLVENT

Process for obtaining soy crumb with the system of solvent recovery with specific low consumption of steam by liter of recovered solvent, specially of a process to be applied in plants to the production of soy crumb enriched in protein, able to improve both the revenue and efficiency in the sector (Sl) of solvent recovery by the addition of distillation column (1) that, interlinked to an evaporators set (2 A and 2B) of two or three stages does the mixture concentration (M) with the hydroalcoholic vapors; on the other hand, the process is also improved in the sector (S2) of condensation of alcoholic vapors that foresees the installation of a heat regenerators condenser (3) between evaporator (4) and condenser (5), the water, as well as of an absorption column (6) for recovery of the alcohol remaining in the product.
