The present invention refers to a soot filter and more particularly to soot collectors using the principle of centrifuging polluted air, this latter element being expanded and subsequently subjected to a vapour or compressed air screen so as to be cleaned. Said invention comprises an inlet tube (1), which has a cap (2) assembled at the upper portion thereof, for centrifuging gases; a portion of the tube (1) and the cap (2) are housed in the inner volume formed by a bell (5) and a lower cone (3), thus originating the attachment of two truncated cones; the bell (5) that has a truncated cone shape is joint to an outlet tube (6) wherein a nozzle system (7) is housed, the nozzles being in opposite direction to the gas outlet.
