A manufacturing method of an ultra violet hologram thermal transfer paper is provided to offer the thermal transfer paper in which an UV paint having excellent light-proof abrasion resistance and chemical resistance etc, is applied on the paper. A manufacturing method of an ultra violet hologram thermal transfer paper comprises a step for applying hot melt(6) after solidifying the paint with an UV lamp on the surface by using a transparent PET hologram film(1), and a step for applying the hot melt after printing a draft or evaporating aluminum on the surface. The ultra violet hologram thermal transfer paper coats the transparent PET hologram film with UV paints in an UV coating machine.
