COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, AND METHOD OF DETERMINING COATING RANGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference which one antenna gives to another antenna in mobile communication terminals whose antennas are closely arranged mutually.

SOLUTION: A noncontact communication antenna 12 has a loop core 18 and an insulation tube 20 coating the core 18. A partial outer circumference of the insulation tube 20 is coated with a conductive sheet 14, which is grounded. Frequency characteristics of the noncontact communication antenna 12 are changed by coating, thereby enabling interference given to a base station communication antenna 22 to be reduced.
