<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the most suitable wireless communication means cannot be selected in the case of addition/extension of wireless communication systems, even in the case that a wireless communication terminal which is capable of performing communication in a plurality of wireless communication systems, is allowed to automatically select the most suitable wireless communication means in accordance with the use state of the wireless communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication terminal provided with a plurality of wireless communication means and a plurality of communication applications using on of the plurality of wireless communication means includes an external wireless communication interface means for connecting an external wireless communication means other than the plurality of wireless communication means, a wireless selection criterion storage means wherein selection criteria for the plurality of wireless communication means and the external wireless communication means, and a wireless selection means which selects a wireless communication means for use in the communication applications on the basis of the selection criteria stored in the wireless selection criteria storage means, whereby a wireless communication means most suitable for communication applications for use can be selected regardless of addition or replacement of the external wireless communication means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
