<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure between a card edge substrate and a connector which is easily worked and secures connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A hole 5a is formed on a contact terminal 5, a metal convex part 6 is formed on a surface of the contact terminal 5, and a tip end of a V-shaped part 9a of a pin 9 enters the hole 6a formed on the metal convex part 6. Thereby, the tip end of the V-shaped part 9a of the pin 9 entering the metal convex part 6 is prevented from being removed from the metal convex part 6, and fixation of the card edge substrate 1 and the connector 2 becomes strong. Thus, the fixing structure with excellent resistance to vibration can be provided. Such the structure can be achieved only by processes for forming the hole 5a on the contact terminal 5 and forming the metal convex part 6. Therefore, a working process of the card edge substrate 1 can be easy. As for the pin 9 of the connector 2, any other working is not required other than formation of the V-shaped part 9a, and the working process can be facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
