RUBBER HOSE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber hose adapted to prevent a foaming phenomenon without deteriorating the durability of the hose even if a gas-vent code is used when producing by normal pressure continuous vulcanization. SOLUTION: The fiber code 7 extending from an end to the other end of the rubber hose is embedded in an intermediate rubber layer 3 arranged between an inner code reinforcement layer 2 and an outer code reinforcement layer 4 which are laminated on the outside of an inner rubber layer 1. The fiber code is formed of material having no melting point or a melting point of 200°C or more and its thickness is set to 90-105% of the thickness of the intermediate rubber layer 3.
