摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot capable of downsizing in a whole structure having a suspension unit suspended from a translation axis even if a component of a size similar to a conventional one is used. <P>SOLUTION: A driving unit 19 constituting a turning unit 3 is arranged in the turning unit 3 so as to be located inside a bent curve of a curved state of a curved surface of a cable bear 15 on a side of the translation axis 4, and therefore no interference occurs even if the driving unit 19 is located inside the curved state of the curved surface having the cable bear 15 linearly moving while coupled with the turning unit 3.
