PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of "stepping" and "mold cavity" at the intersection parts of a power supply auxiliary annular line and signal lines and scanning lines. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a plurality of signal lines SIG (j), a plurality of scanning lines (SCAN1(i), SCAN2(i)), a plurality of pixel circuits 3(i, j), a power supply auxiliary annular line 6, and dummy wiring DL. Each pixel circuit 3(i, j) includes an organic electroluminescent element (organic light-emitting diode OLED). The power supply auxiliary annular line 6 is electrically connected to one of two electrodes (for example, cathode electrode KE) for impressing electric field to the organic light-emitting diode OLED and is arranged in ring shape surrounding the pixel array 2. The dummy wiring DL is formed at the lower layer of the power supply auxiliary annular line 6 between a plurality of intersection parts where the plurality of scanning lines (or plurality of signal lines) and the power supply auxiliary annular line 6 cross each other, and is insulation separated from the near-by scanning lines or the like.
