PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shortening of a design processing period of a printed circuit board without depending on a manual operation in the design processing of the printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A wiring design processor automatically generates an automatic wiring processing process as the order of performance of each processing included in the automatic wiring processing of a printed circuit board. Concretely, the wiring design processor reads printed circuit board information for every printed circuit board, and automatically generates the automatic wiring processing process according to analysis result obtained by analyzing a setting state (for example, the setting of a route layer showing a layer in which wiring is performed) in a current time concerning each printed circuit board, a wiring progress state (for example, whether or not lead wiring or the wiring of the same bus group has been completed) and a wiring circumstance (for example, whether or not the mitering or spacing of wiring is sufficient) at a current point of time related with each printed circuit board.
