PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo actuator having the optimal constitution according to an excitation condition. SOLUTION: The servo actuator includes an electric motor section 20 having an electric motor for rotating an output shaft, a rotation converting section 30 for converting the rotation of the output shaft into an axial displacement of a main shaft, a support section 10 for supporting the main shaft displaceably in the axial direction and supporting the main shaft against the external force of the direction perpendicular to the axis, and a base 40 to which each of the electric motor section, the rotation converting section, and the support section is removably mounted.
