PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device reducing a load of a fuel pump in a boosting state of a system fuel pressure and stabilizing fuel pump-up quantity by a jet pump. SOLUTION: This device is provided with; a fuel pump 14; a vapor fuel passage 89 in which vapor fuel discharged from a vapor jet 30 of the fuel pump 14 flows; a pressure regulating valve 15 regulating fuel pressure in a pressure regulating chamber 50 in which pressurized fuel delivered from the fuel pump 14 is introduced; a surplus fuel passage 52 in which surplus fuel discharged from the pressure regulating valve 15 flows, a restriction part 53 provided in the surplus fuel passage 52; the jet pump 16 to which the pressurized fuel discharged from the fuel pump 14 is introduced via a fuel passage 56 for the jet pump; and a change-over valve 17 opening and closing the vapor fuel passage 89 and the fuel passage 56 for the jet pump alternately according to the surplus fuel pressure in the passage part 52a at an upstream side of the restriction part 53 in the surplus fuel passage 52.
