PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial piston pump capable of suppressing of the upsizing of the outer and inner peripheral side members in a radial direction. SOLUTION: The radial piston pump which is provided with an outer peripheral side member 3 and inner peripheral side member 5 relatively rotatable, a cam surface 20 provided to the outer peripheral side member 3, pistons 7, 8 provided to the inner peripheral side member 5, and a fluid chamber 9 for sucking/discharging fluid when the pistons 7, 8 are operated through the relative rotation of the outer peripheral side member 3 and inner peripheral side member 5, has inclined cam regions K1, K2 and coaxial cam region K3 on a cam surface 20, and includes a capacity adjustment mechanism 21 for making variable the capacity of fluid sucked into/discharged from the fluid chamber 9 by controlling the operation amounts of the pistons 7, 8 through the selective contact of the pistons 7, 8 with the coaxial cam region K3 or inclined cam regions K1, K2 in the cam surface 20.
