PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake duct of a soundproofing box capable of increasing intake air amount without expanding areas of an intake port and an intake flow passage. SOLUTION: The intake duct of the soundproofing box is provided with a main body side guiding element 20 equipped with an intake port side guiding plate 22 projecting out from a lower side of a main body side guiding plate 21, and side plates 23, 24 respectively projecting out from both sides in a width direction of the main body side guiding plate 21. The intake port 10 formed on a side wall 5 of the soundproofing box is covered by the main body side guiding element 20 and the side plates 23, 24 on the inside of the sound proofing box. The flow passage 2 for intake air changing the direction of the intake air introduced from the intake port 10 upward is formed. A middle guiding element 30 is disposed in the flow passage 26, thereby vertically dividing the intake port at a middle position in a height direction.
