PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition that has high flowability, improves uneven weld part appearance, and uses a certain silicone compound instead of flame retardants based on halogen such as bromine and chlorine to improve flame retardancy significantly, and to provide a molded article consisting of the composition. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition includes 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A), 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a metallic pigment (B), 0.3-25 pts.wt. of mica (except for metal-coated mica and pearl mica) (C), 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a certain silicone compound (D), 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. of an organometallic salt compound (E), and 0.05-5 pts.wt. of a fiber-forming fluorine-containing polymer (F), and if desired, a certain flowability improver (G), and is excellent in weld part appearance. The polycarbonate resin composition has high flowability and provides molded articles that maintain performances such as excellent impact strength, heat resistance, and thermal stability which polycarbonate resins originally have, and that are excellent in flame retardancy and provide metallic feeling with little uneven weld part appearance.
