PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology stabilizing an emulsion formed after putting a milky type bath agent in a bath. SOLUTION: The transparent bath agent solution forming the emulsion by putting in a bath contains a glyceryl polyoxyethylene (7) (capric acid/caprylic acid) ester and a branched structure glyceryl polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester having a 12-24C fatty acid residue, and contains a (capric acid/caprylic acid) triglyceride as an oil agent at 1-20 wt.% to the total bath agent.
