PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a peroxotitanium complex from a titanium-containing solution as a starting raw material, which has reduced number of process steps and is of low energy consumption during production. SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a peroxotitanium complex solution comprising a process of adding hydrogen peroxide, a complexing agent and an alkali to a titanium tetrachloride solution and no deionization process.
