PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic sheet, having excellent fixability of a gold leaf and providing highly original design by considering that a polyester cloth material has excellent printability by sublimation transfer. SOLUTION: The cosmetic sheet is obtained by forming a thermoplastic resin layer at a prescribed position of the polyester cloth material, putting the gold leaf thereon, removing the parts except the thermoplastic resin layer and fixing the gold leaf on the polyester cloth material by a vacuum press machine.
