PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which contains a large amount of starch to lower the cost, has good processability, and especially preferably uses a biodegradable resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprising (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) starch and (C) glycerol is characterized in that (B) is contained in an amount of 55 to 75 mass%, and (A)+(C) is contained in an amount of 25 to 45 mass% and contains (A) in an amount of 1 to 99 mass%.
