PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for feeding a sterilized liquefied gas to a liquefied gas filling apparatus for a long period of time, and an apparatus for it. SOLUTION: In the method for feeding the liquefied gas which is fed from an original tank, and sterilized through a sterilizing filter equipped in a liquefied gas feeding pipeline, and fed into a storing tank to a liquefied gas filling apparatus equipped with a liquefied gas discharging nozzle 16 for discharging a predetermined amount of a sterilized liquefied gas into a container 12 during conveying, a liquefied gas storing tank 22 equipped with the discharging nozzle 16 on its lower part, a liquefied gas feeding pipeline and a vaporized gas venting pipeline fitted on the upper part of the storing tank 22, the method for feeding the sterilized liquefied gas to the liquefied gas filling apparatus is characterized in that the liquefied gas fed from the original tank 22 is at first filtered and sterilized by passing it through a screen type sterilizing filter 24 formed of a synthetic resin, and furthermore filtered and sterilized by passing through a sterilizing filter 26 formed of a sintered metal.
