A reproduction processing method and a reproduction processor of a storage battery can reproduce the storage battery such as a lead storage battery whose ability is deteriorated at a level that stands comparison with a new article, and can complete a reproduction processing more rapidly. The reproduction processing method of the storage battery is provided with a first charging process for making prescribed charging current and prescribed pulse current periodically flow to the storage battery and charging it to voltage exceeding rated voltage of the storage battery at the time of reproducing the deteriorated storage battery, a discharging process for directly performing discharging to rated voltage of the storage battery or to vicinity of rated voltage after the first charging process and a second charging process for making prescribed charging current and prescribed pulse current periodically flow and charging the battery after the discharging process.
