A door locking device for a handle of a heavy door is provided to prevent the malfunction by firmly combining inner and outer actuating bars to inner and outer movable frames. A door locking device for a handle of a heavy door is composed of an inner fixing frame(20) and an inner movable frame(30) assembled in an inside handle(11) in one body, an outer fixing frame(120) and an outer movable frame(130) assembled in an outer handle(111) in one body, a door lock(50) combined between inner and outer fixing frames, inner and outer actuating bars(21,121) combined to inner and outer movable frames, and inner and outer movable frames moving a latch(51) of the door lock backwardly.
