A taper processing method of the brush of the toothbrush is provided, in which the work efficiency is improved and the generation of the thermal transformation can be prevented. A taper processing method of the brush of the toothbrush comprises: a step of connecting a plurality of grinding drums parallel to each other; a step of arranging the grinding drums in order that the height of the protrusion formed in each grinding drum becomes successively small; a step of consecutively polishing the toothbrush in which the general brush is transplanted while passing through the each grinding drum; and a step of disposing so that the end part of the brush of toothbrush can come in contact with the bottom part between the protrusions(11).
