<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin roller which is not broken due to warpage when a heavy article is conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: This roller includes a pair of end bearing units B including a synthetic resin end pipe 1 and a bearing 3 building in an outer ring constrained into a non-rotary state when the end pipe is molded; and a synthetic resin intermediate pipe C having the same diameter as the pipe of the end bearing units and interposed between the end bearing units. Opposed ends of the pipe of the end bearing unit and the intermediate pipe are pressure-welded to each other, and a shaft 6 penetrates from the bearing of one of the end bearing units through the intermediate pipe to the bearing of the other bearing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
