<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for leaving what type of explanations has been made, and what type of process has been performed about merchandise as records about sales configurations to perform the face-to-face sales of merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: In an in-agency system to be used for selling insurance product to be sold by an insurance company through an agency, a counter terminal means to be operated by a counter person in charge provides an insurance explanation support means for supporting insurance product explanations by the counter person in charge; an insurance instruction printing means for printing an insurance instruction from the printing means; and a database management means for managing a database; and the insurance explanation support means records an insurance product explaining operation by the counter person in charge with a time as a log by using the database management means, and the insurance instruction printing means prints an insurance instruction customized for each insurance contractor on which the insurance product explaining operation has been printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
