LIFTING MACHINE REPLACING PART EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND EXTRACTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting machine replacing part extraction system and an extraction method reducing labor of retrieval of part data of a maintenance person by previously preparing efficient database.

SOLUTION: The lifting machine replacing part extraction system is provided with: an individual part development database 3 for selecting an replacing part for performing maintenance work from variations of the general part development database 2 constituted in every story layer and specifying a part constitution in every type of the lifting machine regarding the lifting machine specified from a building facility management number 5 and the machine 6; and a database 4 with an replacing part work code string previously associated with the building facility management number 5, the machine 6 of the lifting machine and the maintenance work code 7. In maintenance of the lifting machine, the replacing part in every maintenance work is extracted from the database 4 with the replacing part construction code string by designating the building facility management number 5, the machine 6 of the lifting machine and the maintenance work code 7.
