<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous structure having pores easily designed for passing a fluid, manufactured by a simple method, and easily securing the pores against external pressure or deformation, in the porous structure used for a catalyst support, filter, heat exchanger, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The porous structure (100) is constituted by disposing two or more layers of ceramic or metal plates formed with a plurality of regular through-holes (101) therein, wherein the through-hole (101) is disposed to overlap two or more adjacent through-holes formed in an adjacent plate to form a continuous pore as a fluid flow path (104) meandering between both plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
