PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, an operation device, a sheet processing device and an image forming system capable of improving convenience in use. SOLUTION: The control device 17 for controlling a sheet folding device 9 is provided with: a determination part 19 for determining whether or not post-treatment command that post-treatment is performed and folding treatment command that folding treatment is performed exist relative to the sheet delivered from an image forming part 3; and a first switching control part A for controlling a switching part 37 according to the determination result by the determination part 19. When the determination part 19 determines that the post-treatment command exists, the first switching control part A switches a conveying side of the sheet by the switching part 37 by the post-treatment conveying part 31 regardless of existence of the folding treatment command.
