PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of executing an accurate (normal) control process based on control signals transmitted from one sub control part to the other sub control part in the other sub control part, and to provide its control method. SOLUTION: A feedback command indicating the content of a control process to be executed in a performance control part 110 is transmitted from the feedback command output means 110F of the performance control part 110 to a sub control part 106 when a predetermined prescribed execution condition is established in the performance control part 110. Thus, the sub control part 106 compares whether or not the content of a performance control process instructed by a performance specifying command and the content of the performance control process specified from the feedback command match on the basis of the feedback command, and determines whether or not the performance control process specified from the sub control part 106 is executed in the performance control part 110.
