PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing agent for fiber which suppresses fuzz and thread breakage, exhibits a sufficient impact resistance when it is used for a fiber reinforced-resin. SOLUTION: The sizing agent is an aqueous dispersion sizing agent used for fibers for a fiber reinforced-resin having mutually incompatible following (A) and (B). Herein, the (A) is an elastomer having a loss tangent at 25°C of 0.01 to 2 and a glass transition temperature of -150 to 25°C, and the (B) is an organic compound having a viscosity at 25°C of 10 to 20,000 mPa s and having a surface tension less than that of the component (A).
