PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device with appearance improved by preventing steps generated at a coupling site of a fixture body. SOLUTION: A coupling cover 21 is formed in a watershoot shape so as a cross section crossing a longitudinal direction on an outside face to be of the same shape, arranged so as to fill a gap between itself and a body cover 3, and its relative position with the body cover 3 is fixed. A guide plate 22 is protruded from a face of the coupling cover 21 opposite to the body cover 3 along an inner side face of the body cover 3. On an underside of the guide plate 22 opposed to the inner side face of the body cover 3, a deformation preventing protrusion 32 is set in protrusion for preventing deformation of a site of the body cover 3 opposed to the guide plate 22 by having a tip part in contact with the inner side face of the body cover 3.
