<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable pipe connecting structure superior in terms of work efficiency and cost regardless of uses. <P>SOLUTION: This structure is provided for connecting a pipe 11 to a connecting pipe 41 via a fixing cap 21. A groove-shaped recessed part 12 is formed in the vicinity of an end of the pipe 11. The fixing cap 21 is composed of an inner cylinder body 22, an outer cylinder body 23 and a side plate 24. A projection 25 fitted in the recessed part 12 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder body 22. The projection 25 and the recessed part 12 are fitted by push-expanding a slit 26 elastically deformable in the circumferential direction. After integrating the pipe 11 into the fixing cap 21, the connecting pipe 41 is inserted into the fixing cap 21, and the fixing cap 21 can perform elastic deformation such as push-expanding the slit 26, and the pipe 11 and the fixing cap 21 are integrated by preventing the separation of the projection 25 and the recessed part 12. The pipe 11 can be connected to the connecting pipe 41 by integrating the fixing cap 21 and the connecting pipe 41 by a claw 27 and a locking groove 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
