PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a plurality of radio communication systems.

SOLUTION: A communication part 30 receives a distribution ratio of a communication band at simultaneous connection with a first radio communication system and a second radio communication system from a base station device corresponding to the first radio communication system. A determination part 38 determines a communication band to be requested to a base station device corresponding to the second radio communication system on the basis of the received distribution ratio. The communication part 30 also requests connection to the base station device corresponding to the second radio communication system while requesting the determined communication band and continues communication with the base station device corresponding to the first radio communication system.
