PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which is effective as a probe for image diagnosis targeting amyloid, and to provide a reagent containing the compound and used for detecting amyloid deposited in living body tissues. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula, wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a radioactive halogen substituent; (m) is an integer of 1 to 4, and the reagent containing the compound and used for detecting amyloid deposited in living body tissues. The compound has affinity to amyloid deposited in living body tissues, and has a good clearance from normal tissues. The compound can be suitably used for providing a new amyloid-affinitive compound having a good amyloid-detecting ability in living bodies, and a reagent for detecting the amyloid deposited in living body tissues.
