PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage feedthrough capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same capable of improving reliability and achieving cost reduction, and to provide a magnetron. SOLUTION: Through-conductors 2, 3 penetrate through-holes 61, 62 of a capacitor 6. Insulating tubes 8, 9 employ thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin as principal ingredients, and are mounted on the through-conductors 2, 3. The insulating resin 12 is made to adhere to internal peripheral surfaces 610, 620 in the form of a film. In manufacturing the high voltage feedthrough capacitor, an assembly is manufactured by combining the capacitor 6 and the through-conductors 2, 3. The assembly is preheated, and thereafter the insulating tubes 8, 9 are mounted on the through-conductors 2, 3, and insulating resin powder 12 is supplied to the through-holes 61, 62. Accordingly, the conductors are made to adhere to internal peripheral surfaces 610, 620 in the form of a film.
