PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POP apparatus for sales promotion and a POP sheet, wherein those who want to see the POP sheet can see it by drawing it out, thereby the person can enjoy using it. SOLUTION: The POP apparatus for sales promotion includes: a merchandise display rack; a support member fixed to the merchandise display rack; a POP support member such as a POP display body; a POP sheet whose one end is mounted on the POP support member fixedly or rotatably by a rotation member and to which elasticity with which the POP sheet is rolled up cylindrically and automatically is imparted; and a handgrip member for draw-out, which is mounted on the other end of the POP sheet fixedly or rotatably by the rotation member.
